Right from the initial enquiry when we walked into the sales area at Webb’s Garden Centre, it’s been a pleasure dealing with Jacuzzi Worcestershire.

The customer service from the sales centre was friendly, helpful and certainly no way pushy which made dealing with them incredibly easy.

Our order was placed and we were then kept updated with delivery timescales etc.

On the day of installation, the engineers were extremely friendly and had the hot tub ready within a couple of hours.

We are so pleased with our purchase and are using it everyday. We would certainly recommend purchasing from Jacuzzi. We were initially looking at buying a cheaper inflatable hub but are certainly very pleased we decided to pay extra to purchase our J-225.

Ordered a hot tub from this branch and was told none in stock but would be available in March, however we were kept informed all the way through and the stock arrived early and our tub was delivered and installed early February. Great team, great service and so helpful. Shop team were great too very informative. So pleased would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub - ours is great wonder how we did without it!

Purchased a J225 from here, brilliant service from Emma an jen from the moment we went to the showroom! Delivery and install were excellent by the fitting guys. Absolute love Jacuzzi tub, quality is lovely, would definitely recommend ☺️

What can I say?......the Jacuzzi hot tubs are great.

Emma and Jenny really know their stuff, they are first class, and helped with advice to ensure we bought the right one for us and had a quick and straightforward installation. (We bought during lockdown without visiting the centre).

Totally recommended.

If I could give a minus star I would. Purchased a £7k+ Jacuzzi over Christmas which has an indefinite warranty. Called Jacuzzi as out hot tub broke over the bank holiday - lights go red and a heating sensor warning, requesting an engineer come to round to fix and was told an engineer wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. That's 2 weeks without use of our hottub. Then on the day the engineer was supposed to come out we didn't receive any calls or updates on the appointment, When we called to check when he would arrive we we're told that we are on his list and he has all parts required, then no one showed up all day with no notification why. We then called today to ask why and rebook and we were given a pathetic excuse about the engineers van being in the garage and told it would be another 19 days before anyone could come out to us, meaning another 10 days without use. Disgusting service.

We bought our hot tub back in April and I can honestly say it’s been the best investment ever. The team at Droitwich know their products, listen to the customer and give great advice without pushy sales patter.
The delivery and installation was quick and efficient and after sales assistance with an minor issue we had was dealt with within hours and with no quibble.
The tub itself is AMAZING!! We’ve enjoyed lazy summer evenings in it, had family around for garden parties and the kids have loved it and now the cold evenings are here we use it just as much. Cannot beat nipping out into the garden on a cold crisp evening and sinking into the marvellous hot tub, with a glass of something sparkling and gaze at the stars while the water jets ease your tired muscles.
Go on treat yourself..... you won’t regret it and running costs really are minimal....it’s so worth it!! ????????

Great service from the guys at Webbs cannot fault , however the product
customer service from Jacuzzi UK is terrible only the minimum level of service for such a new and expensive item We had two leaks from my J245 due to damaged/faulty parts (both fixed under warranty) but water had leaked all inside the tub twice! not a great experience very poor would not recommend the brand.

I bought a small Jacuzzi hot tub from this store 4 years ago best thing I’ve ever bought , you have to pay for quality and this is what you get . The ladies there are really knowledgable and helpful too. Hoping to buy a bigger tub when I move house and will definitely be getting it from them
