This castle is currently closed to the public but we parked at the beginning of the path, beside the building you see in the foto, which is just 50m from the castle. From there you can walk around and take some photos. You can also enjoy a nice view of Duart Castle from the other side of the bay. It would have been nice to see the gardens, who knows if they will be open to the public in the future.

Torosay Castle is a amazing place near Craignure. You can find a great population of ancient trees (the bigger than isle of Mull). Also it is nice to see an awesome view of coast. Sometimes is possible to see here the otters, it is more easy to see the Golden eagles u003d)(

Amazing gardens, free to visit.
Not always open to the public, please check with locals.

Although it's no longer open to the public the forest walk to the castle is lovely

Presumably Closed just now as the directions tried to take me down a private lane and there were no signage anywhere through the village
