Absolutely brilliant place to go my kids looked every minute of it. Plenty of things to do.. we didn't manage to get everything in, so will be returning to complete part of the park we didn't manage to fit in.

It's really worth of money. We missed some rides,Hope can get more time. If you wish to go then go early it's nice big play eria with fantastic rides, and really lovely water park. Just one things not like is the water of the water splash is too cold and I feel bad for my kids because they was so exited for the waterpark but couldn't enjoyed it because they ware shaking of cold water still weather was 21°C.

Great family day out. Not Alton Towers but doesn't try to be. Friendly staff, minimal queuing even on bank holiday Friday. Water Park is freezing but fun.

Went with my Son and Grandchildren, we all had a great time as usual. We have all been before. There is so much to do for the children, who are 9 and 6 they love it. The food is good, and reasonably priced. We all enjoyed it. ???? We'll go back again when the splash park is open.

What a fantastic day out! My partner called it dated, I think it has a certain charm about it. There was so much to do, you can easily spend the entire day there! Massive outdoor areas as well as indoor, friendly staff, we had such a great time, we will be back in the near future!

A really good family day out but some areas really need a lot of investment especially the animal areas, but hay I give it to them because they have massive banners saying sorry for the appearance of the area but this area is getting major investment soon.

So I can wait to see what twin lakes do to the area.

Ps the staff are amazing friendly, polite, caring,good to have a chat with.

Your staff are a credit to the park well done.

Great theme park experience for kids aged 7 or 8. Splash park is great fun and overall the day is pretty good value. Even at half term it wasn't too busy meaning not a massive wait for most rides. Had a great time!

First off, the kids really enjoyed themselves, which is the main thing. There is plenty to do for them and they did not get bored, it also was not very busy. This all made it incredibly good value for money.

As a parent though, it was a little shocking. Some of these rides look and sound like they are falling apart, really does not give the feeling that they are looked after. Some of the park has already fallen apart and dilapidated similar to those 'lost theme parks reclaimed by the wild' you see in Facebook posts.

Most of the staff appear to be still at school, there does not seem to be many adults at all - Does not instill confidence that my children are in the best care and that if something happens, staff are capable of managing that situation.

It is incredibly poorly signposted throughout the park, we never knew where we were and had only the tiny map to refer too. God forbid one of the children would get lost.

The food is the poorest I have witnessed on any family outing. Choice is very limited and the same wherever you go. How you can make burger and chips inedible I do not know - Coming from someone that usually hoovers up any food it is a strong statement. The eating areas were also freezing with no heating, and doors that did not fit, allowing the cold in. Basically eating areas are inside hangars surrounded by small attractions and play areas for the kids - There is no relaxed environment to catch your breath, take your coat off and just take a load off.

Every building looks like it hasn't had a link of paint for 20 years, many of the dinosaur figurines that litter the park are broken and in a state of disrepair.

None of this matters if the kids enjoy themselves, as they did. But I felt a disappointment in that there was potential for greatness here - But the feeling that my kids were not the safest they could be, means a return visit is unlikely.
