Great spot for a walk whilst learning about the history of this working harbour. Look out for the three seals who live there. Free parking with overnight camping for £10 payable through a honesty box. A few street vendors provide food and drink. RNLI shop if you want to support. Surf school also operates here.

Motorhome/campervan stopover. Excellent idea and would like to see more of these.
The carpark is located at the harbour and is very quiet with usually other campervaners.
Very short walk to the bars and restaurants in Dunbar.
Might hear some cars but the fishermen set off from here and you are in a residential area. The RNLI station is also located here. Felt safe staying and would come back again.

We arrived in Dunbar Harbour by canoe, from Whitesands Beach. The weather conditions had been perfect with no waves and a gentle onshore breeze, so we took our chances.
A good trip along the coast and we then had a chance to explore some of the interesting formations just outside Dunbar Harbour.
A pleasant part of the world.

Lovely Day outing to Dunbar for Lunch and visit round Town Centre and sea front great place for a visit and photo's ????????????

Nice place for a wander around. Great information boards about the local history of the harbour and places around the area. The seating on the old harbour wall are great for seawatching but I feel that the seats were a bit low due to the height of the wall and maybe a new information board telling you about the wildlife you can see.

I enjoyed this place .. historic Scotland at its best and it shows the scars caused by the North Sea and the ????udb40udc67udb40udc62udb40udc65udb40udc6eudb40udc67udb40udc7f ????udb40udc67udb40udc62udb40udc73udb40udc63udb40udc74udb40udc7f battles in the past.
