It was not a 1 to 10 store????. But 1 to 10 items also available there. But really they are not focusing to 1 to 10. Customer Friendly Staffs

Last time i purchased new extension board.The item inside the plastic bag. Without opening the cover and checking they sell to me. After reaching home i open the cover and checked the item. That was a damaged piece. Manufacturing defect in the plug and its brokened. So same time i return to this store and given to the customer service. They are roughly telling they will not give replacement. They are very badly treated their customer. This is not customer friendly shop and they are selling manufacturing defected parts with no regret. And they are saying you read your bill. Then i Read their bill... Its very faded letters. They written toys and electronics item we will not replace!!!
