It's literally side to side with a construction area, extremely loud works start at 7:20am, and pumps (or whatever it is) run 24/7 while the noise is clearly heard even at 8th floor. You can't open the window even at night to let the air in because of burnt petrol smell from the construction, as well as because of high traffic on adjacent road, also 24/7. Cars are parked on rubble behind the building.

Stayed at an Airbnb studio apartment on floor 13 here. It was clean and well furnished. The property management team was professional. The apartment was very clean and had fast internet connection which I needed for work. The last few days the building maintenance team started working and the water was shut off several times during the day, this was inconvenient. Parking also wasn’t available, I had to park on a sand lot behind the building.

Я отдыхала в этом билдинг , здесь очень красиво оформлены номера , окна смотрят на моря , здесь есть все чтоб погулять и вкусно поесть , до моря 200 метров открытый пляж

ভমনের জন্য এই বিল্ডিংটা খুব মনোমুগ্ধকর, এখানে বিল্ডিংয়ের ভিতরেই আছে,হোটেল,রেস্টুরেন্ট,সুপারমার্কেট,এছাড়া সমুদ্রতো আছেই
