The calm and welcoming atmosphere of the bright and open room and the efficient yet helpful and friendly approach of Ellie, enabled us to make the difficult choices, which led to a very special celebration of the life of my father, at what was a sad time for all those who knew him. At a most humbling and sad time for my family with the death of my father, Downham Funeral Service were impeccable. The service was fantastic, efficient, polite and courteous, but most of all the staff were professional and understanding - all the way. I would recommend Downham Funeral Service to anyone.
