... so, after my not so great experience at the other coffee shop. I decided to finish up on my business and paid Café Nero a visit.

Not only did Ahmad the gentleman on duty attend to all my queries, he actually went on to discuss the options they offer.

Guess what, they even had salt and pepper. I wonder what their compatriots who are but across to them would have to say.

To Ahmad at Café Nero - thank you for turning a quiche order into a FINE DINING EXPERIENCE.

Sadly bad place for my favourite coffee.. poor and rude service although I was the only customer in serving. After 9pm 16th March 2023

CASH & CARD. TAKEOUT OR EAT IN. LOVELY DECOR. CALM ATMOSPHERE.

Food: Upto Cafe Nero standards. Mainly consists of savouries, sandwiches and hot/cold drinks.

Recommendations: My favourite combo is the Mozarella roasted tomatoe and pesto panini with a Chai Latte.

Location: Ajman City Centre, directly opposite Pizza Express.

Service: Very warm and welcoming. Polite and helpful members of staff.

Ambiance: The open roof is amazing. Very relaxing sitting here. The barriers provide enough distance between you and the public. Lovely place if you want to sit and do some work, read a book (the books are display only) so bring your own! Seats are comfortable and there are different size tables for singles, couples and small groups.

Price: Moderate- average prices of brand cafe chains.

Extremely poor customer service and staff behavior, very rude and disrespectful. Can’t allow to wait for some guest and place order. Manager stated if 1st order and then sit else you cannot. Such a disaster when manager is not understanding as waiting for someone, Manager should understand customer service and request as wait, how bad it is before guest arrived, host started eating. Spoiling brand image and nothing else. Henceforth, changed venue to Starbucks.

This is one of my favourite Cafés in the United Arab Emirates, this branch is outstanding, although it is considerably small but very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is very friendly especially Leo.

Absolutely disappointed with the attitude of the staff in this particular cafe! My wife with kids during waited of me ordered breakfast in this cafe (not only coffee, also snacks for her and kids), after about 30-40 minutes, someone staff came to her and ask to finish breackfast and vacate table becouse the number of seats limited !!!!, although there were many free tables, it was a weekday morning and not much people were there, also a guy with a cup of coffee was sitting at the next table longer than they... as we understood the reason was that they were sitting on comfortable sofas.. Also same staff member stood over them and waited when they leave .. immidiatly when they get up, on their place has been seated three local men .. it is obvious that this was the reason why staff ask my family to vacate this table. The staff behaved extremely incorrectly, especially considering that it was International Women's Day on March 8 ... We like Nero and constantly visit it in different places, and this happened once only in this cafe and it's terrible.. for many years here in UAE i never faced such.. I highly do not recommend this location.. due to staff which were on duty 8 March 2021, morning time

One of the best places to spend time with family. Before the coffee and great muffins they have, is the most friendly welcoming staff in Ajman city center cafe Nero.
