Me and my husband contacted this company to avail monthly plan.

Staff on place does not speak English, so it's impossible to have a proper communication. It took ages to make an order. When we inquired about package, the manager answers 1 question within 2 or 3 hours gap. Phone is not working, so you are not able to call.

We tasted meals as well to understand food quality, it was very average, especially beef burger. Beef was hard and unchewable.

Rude behave & bad Attitude towards customers & tasteless food & wasted time.

Honestly the worst restaurant I’ve come across. We opted for a meal plan (2 meals+ snack). It’s extremely over priced for the service and the food quality we received. The meals are not prepared on time, and half of the time we have to collect our own food even though we paid for delivery service as well. The managers/ staff at the Sharjah branch are horrible. Not cooperative at all. They do not understand what is required and they always put the wrong meals and always argue back.

Very Bad Management and the person who manages subscription is very very offensive. Do not take a meal plan with them. They will eat your money. Food is cold & and the person who manages subscription is very very rude & offensive. I subscribed for a healthy meal plan - 20 meals a month, he put me on a diet plan when I confronted him, he was rude & blocked my number. He delivered 2 meals & wants to charge me 300 AED for cancelling. Very bad people do not subscribe with them. I repeat do not work with them.

Wrost experience with brownies..i took my first bite n it smelled eggs ....wrost my sweet craving????????
Now i feel 18dhs i spend for brownies its too much ...????????

We have a very nervous little dog who likes to bark at everything, we don't really tend to eat out anywhere with her because of this.. but they made us feel very welcome and found us a nice seat outside away from others so we could relax and enjoy our meal. The food was lovely, and although the pudding menu was short.. the sticky toffee was fab

This dog friendly pub has a fantastic atmosphere both inside and out. The team are all super friendly and just lovely if you happen to have a dog with you. They have a big beer garden at the back for the sunny days and the pub itself has a cosy atmosphere. The food was also very good. A good varied menu. The Sunday Roast was fabulous. Huge portions as well. Very good value for money with great staff and food. Couldn’t fault anything.

Absolutely superb food and service here. The staff put up balloons and a banner at our table and made a real fuss of the birthday girl who turned 60 today. They added a candle to her dessert and sang happy birthday, the whole pub joined in. The food was all absolutely beautiful, as were the cocktails. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the service was excellent! They made a fuss of our dog too, giving her a water bowl and a treat. We hope to return again before we go home on Saturday. Cannot recommend enough!

Great little pub and restaurant. We had the antipasti and beer while waiting to tour the Belhaven Brewery. They had a good selection of ales, lagers, and ciders, including some cask options. I loved the wall of antique Guiness advertisements.

Searched dog friendly on a Saturday afternoon and as we were almost there thought best to call ahead and they were more than happy for us to bring the dog. Harry was given a treat and a bowl of water as soon as we arrived, very dog friendly even for a 60kg lump.
Food was excellent and quick.
Harry (the dog) has never been keen on busy places but we arrived early and it was quiet so great to build him up as it got louder the longer we were there.
Staff were welcoming, if we are ever back in the area would return and recommend ????

It is a delightful place, the staff is very friendly and the food is very good. The sitting in the booth is also a nice thing, very cozy. We also had a warm welcome. You’ll feel very welcome! If you’re in the neighborhood you must visit.

I would recommend the nachos, these are incredible!

We had dinner here, we never booked and the staff were just fab and got us a table. Service is quick and food was wonderful. Be sure to visit if your in town.

We visited the Brig and Barrel on a recent trip to Scotland. The service was excellent, the food was great and the hospitality was phenomenal. We felt like valued guests and our dogs were treated like royalty. Very much recommended if you enjoy good pub food, good service and a welcoming atmosphere.
