Nice and small park good for exercising but swings are broken

It's basically a children's play area with a small walking strip. Perfect for neighborhood dwellers with kids for an evening stroll. A mosque, supermarket and cafeteria is in front of the park.

Not much lighting at night, no guards
There is a pavement suitable for jogging
Need to take care of kids if taking along
Parking available along the sides
