The Cinnabon was raw and very terrible. They didn't agree for a fresh serving. We ordered 2 of them and one of them were raw so we returned it. Turns out the freshly baked replacement was also raw! Never go here instead go to festival city mall cinnabon it was like night and day!

The softest and sweetest and tastiest Cinnamon we had here.. Right after a good meal, whether a lunch or a dinner, this dessert is nice to have with a cold or hot coffee.. they have bite size cinnamon with flavors, original, chocolate and with assorted nuts. We had the normal size cinnamon and we can't even finish it in one time... Although, the price is a little bit too much, but i guess you can't compromise the taste..

The worst cinnabon aggressive and bad attitude they don’t care if complaint and feel you they are untouchable and no body can take action against them this is last time go to cinnabon ajman????

the cinnamon bon taste in this shop was awesome ???? and very tasty and so delicious ???? also they have very delicious coffee ☕️ from seatles best coffee ☕️ also have new ice cream ???? section with delicious ???? cream don't miss it with lovely staff and so friendly i am recommended for every one ☝️

it's quite really busy when I visit it? perhaps the timing issue comes in but the staff isn't really attend.. do not seem Interested for anyone who is trying to the first time so that was a damp on Service plus they seemed as if they only wanted to punch in and leave. welp, it was good bites regardless!

August 2020 update ( they r still the same ).....Sooooo bad customer service in this branch. If you order Chocobon and then they took your order to inside and put an extra layer of cream and after that they put in microwave......then it's 100 percent old and not fresh at all. The staff are trained to lie on you they will look to your face and tell you with confidence....no sir it's fresh just backed .......shame on you to lie on your customers.....this is the 5th times I try to trust them but they are always lie.
