If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there on a Saturday with my 1 year old. And quite sadly had a terrible time. My daughter was in the babies section for up to 3 years old and was frightened as there was big kids coming down the slide and slamming into her. I had to tell a few kids off. It was completely overpacked and there were no tables or seating for adults. Most of the toys in the children’s area are broken. We were there for the last session which is supposed to be 2 hours long but left shortly after 30mins of being there after seeing so many dirty balls and dirty equipment. I paid so much money to be there, when there are better places to go. There is also black mould on the back wall. This is supposed to be a children’s play area and it should be a safe and clean environment.

Have just come back from a lunch time session at Jungle Mania Woodley. What a lovely bunch of people working there. It was so busy as the heavens had opened and everyone was looking for indoor, dry play but all the staff served with a smile and were willing to help even though they were run off their feet. Thank you Katie, Isaac, Callie and Ella for your warm welcome. Much appreciated.

Play area is great but the choice of snacks and drinks for children is just appalling. You can only buy really sugary and salty snacks there. They offer zero healthy options for kids. And you're not allowed to bring your own. What about children who can't eat junk?

All the toys are run down at the under 3 section , none of the battery powered one in working order . Between the green wall and the playing area of under 3 the distance between the wall and the play area is too small it's around 40 cm ,if they lose their balance they could hit their head to the wall.
Otherwise the children are enjoying their stay .
The price is a bit ,,spicy,, taking in count that the toys are not working or missing parts

Kids had fun which is the main thing .
However it's very run down , many parts of the play area were broken..
Ordered various items at the cafe and certain things never turned up even though they were paid for and asked /paid for marshmallows on the hot chocolate which weren't there.
3.50pound per adults seems abit of joke too when we are eating and drinking there..
Wouldn't return.

Refurbishment can’t come soon enough. A lot of equipment is tired and dirty with bits taped up. Doesn’t feel very safe. I visited this morning for the first time with my 18 month old and they had clearly had a leak which was being sorted but the floor at the back of the soft play was wet and not roped off so we got damp socks straight away. Baby equipment is dirty and generally didn’t feel like a very safe soft play. We will not be returning until it’s been refurbished & I see some good reviews coming through.

Nice soft play, but sadly can’t manage their admittance numbers properly. Insufficient seating and tables for the amount of kids they let in, leaving numerous people sat on the floor (which then prevents them from ordering food for the kids… no table number, no service). Shame because there is plenty of room for more tables and chairs. Please buy more or manage your admittance numbers so there is enough seating for the numbers you let in!

Attended here a while back with my partner and kids. A lovely young lady was handing out review cards who was clearly working very hard, but I did not get her name.

I thought I’d give it a go. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. My kids are at the age now where they like to go off and do their own things. So I sat and had some lunch with a coffee, the food came at a reasonable time considering it was so busy and the coffee I must say was delicious.

Although the play area itself does look quite old it was reasonably priced given the current crisis and seemed to be very clean.

I find toilets at these sort of places often are disgusting and covered in dirt but the toilets here were well maintained.

Staff again are very attentive always clearing tables and keeping an eye on children misbehaving.

I will be returning again, thank you to the team.
