Very bad experience.

I send my cargo on January, as of now i haven't received the delivery.
Iam following up with their customer service for last 4 months continuously, every time they say (it's not released from customs, all the shipments are blocked in customs) it will release within a week, and sometimes very bad experience from their customer service. Still they are not giving a confirmation about the delivery.

Please don't take this Dr cargo service, my cargo not delivered even after 135 days.

Very very bad service. I am living in U A E more than 4o years. I never see a worst cargo service in my experiencelike D R couriers. We send a sea cargo with them before once and it reached on time. But before three months we send two parcel worth about Dhs 3000, so far the parcel not reached and they are not giving any proper response.
Every ten days we are calling them and they say there was a problem with that shipment and it will be delivered soon. It's more than 100days now and the food items in the parcel inside will be spoiled. Even they delivered the parcel anymore, we can not use the food items.
I suggest all consumer, before you send the parcel please ask them what will be compensation they will give if the parcel is not deliverd on time.
i request the media like F M Radios, please do not relay the advertisement of these kind of worst service.

Worst experience of my life, i sent 5 carton to pakistan. first they delivered after two months second all carton were opened and items were missing , very bad experience . I will not recommend

Dr courier delivery on time but the only thing that I don’t like is tracking and customer service.
My friend send cargo 4 months before still didn’t reach to home destination and feedback from the Dr cargo was satisfactory.

Were my shipment drcargo very bad ???? service his not professional I send Jharkhand he deliver haryana so many time I give call he said Jharkhand in haryana wow pls dear not send this dr cargo ???? my invoice 373174 I send air express now 1 month per kg 12.5

I contacted Shropshire Oil & Gas after they were recommended to me. Chris came out to my house to fix my boiler the same day I called him. He was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend him.
