Fantastic evening to see Lady Imelda. Well worth travelling for. Staff were great, fab atmosphere. Super choice of drinks. Lucky enough to be able to park close by.

We went to the panto which was our first visit. We really enjoyed the experience... Clothing and makeup were fantastic! The panto humor was definitely adult and maybe could have been a bit more subtle but I am being picky!
As a group we all agreed that we would return! Hope to see you soon!

Wonderful night last night. Beautiful venue and an extensive menu of drinks. Wine, spirits, cocktails. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The acts were fabulous! Really wonderful atmosphere. Loved it. Will definitely be coming again. And again. And again!

We went here for a Birthday celebration and were not disappointed.

Ruby Slippers was just on the right side of Naughty and handled the audience perfectly! She stayed for photos at the end of her show so we have plenty to remember our evening.

The cocktails were good and at a reasonable price although I did comment about the lipstick on one of my glasses (not polished after being washed). The staff were efficient and friendly.

So, a great night all round!

We went on the 18th February 2023 there were 15 of us, so a big booking and we were celebrating a 18th and 40th. On arriving outside the very old and rude manager was on form. I had been warned the staff were rude and from the minute of arriving that is all we found. The act was a huge let down, he was rude not funny just rude. Clearly thought he was something special! The staff let down what could be a great venue

Have given this place 1 star as there is no option to give 0.First time going here will never go again. We went in hoping to have a great night. My wife accidentally knocked over someone's drink it was packed and the seats were very close. Offered to pay for the drinks but were told to leave.or they will call the police. WHAT. Very rude older man made us feel like criminals. As we hadn't even sat down we asked for a refund only to be told by the rude man that they are non refundable. Shame because our group was really looking forward to the night and it did look amazing. They really need to do something about their customer service especially the older rude guy. Not a place i would recommend. I think some of the great reviews were written by staff.

I’ve been here twice, one for a regular drag show and the second on a hen party at drag bingo. The first time I went we decided to leave early as our table was behind the act and couldn’t see anything, but as we were leaving the staff were really rude to us telling us we were blocking the walk way and to either stay in or get out.
I put it down to maybe he had a bad night.
But then I have them a second chance and went there for a hen party. After less than an hour in we got told we were to loud and we had to keep it down. A hen party… at a drag bar… It was the same older guy once again raining on our parade.

It was a shame because it ruined all of our evenings. And this could be a really great venue, perfect for Barnstaple. The drag is great, the vibe is good, I can even overlook a pricey cocktail. But when I pay £7-15 just to enter the building and get treated the way I did by staff, I won’t be going back. It ruined both of my nights and was honestly quite upsetting how rude the older gentleman was. (I had no issue with the other staff).
