I wish I could give 0 stars. The costumer service at ladies section is awful ???? one lady sitting in the 2nd counter has zero manners. I think the bank doesn’t give them good salary. I wish I didn’t open an account in this bank ????

I went there last few weeks and seek help with regards to the online transaction I made which is pending for almost 3days. However no one was able to answer the question and no one have the idea about mobile app. In less than 5mins, I went home disappointed. I Will have to visit dubai branch to look for a staff with having a PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE and customer service that is willing to go beyond. ????

More than one month to open an account, the main reason is no one know what are the required documents each one tell you something different. It is really a mistake to open an account there.

Ms Bashair at the help desk is very nice and helpful. Great customer services, timely work done every time i visit.

Slowlest lazy sales and services employees hired.
Have to wait 3 hours always when i visited the branch.
Most of them always buzy in their phones or calling and customers are just sitting and waiting for their number to come.
6 counters and only 1 or 2 serving for customer service or account opening.
Better to go another branch and be treated with value.

Every day so many people coming always busy that branch Even i wait 10/20 minutes but they solved the problem of all coming people. They all staffs are very good and polite. Mostly counter no. 2 and 5.

Worts costumer serviced based on reference. If you have reference they served you without token . Its 1.5 hrs of waiting . Worst slow working
