It's one of the worse branch especially how they feal with que and how they treat people .... I have wajaha account and they send me the cleaning lady since they use her for cleaning and running around others tasks to Wait out side the bank till my number show up... So rude

One of the branch of Dubai Islamic Bank in Hamidiya,Ajman.
Situated inside the building of Kenz Hypermarket.
Opens from 8am to 8pm from Saturday to Thursday.
Parking is subjected to availability.
There also have 2 ATM machines.
Mostly not that much busy.
Wheelchair accessible entrance is there.
Lots of other businesses are insight.

Worst experience ever! VIP and normal customers should have different counter.. DIB should separate it., Normal customers waiting for 2hrs.. while waiting for their turn, while VIP came.. and same time they process the transaction in same counter.,, Its unfair., how many vip's will come? And the normal customer will wait until they finish!?

Why shold I waste my time to make comments here? If the authorities have looked the ratings here, the staffs' would have professional approach a long time ago. One star is more than enough.

Recently I visited this branch....they have no any solution. Just take your time and will waste your time.. Better go to other branch…

Pathetic attitude from the staff.
Went to get my debit card replaced due to damage.
They froze my account saying that a different name is shown in their system than the Emirates ID.
During account opening their representative filled in the details from my passport emirates ID and visa and now I had to suffer for their mistake The fun fact is that I have used the same account for more than 2 Years.

Bought a trailer. The young guy who sorted me out was top notch and professional. The old guy who has retired but was helping was just rude. To be pitied.

Excellent second hand stock in various gauges. Quality boilermakers and locomotive engineering services. On top of this the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They opened up on a Saturday to enable me to pick up my passenger carriage. I just wish more companies had this work ethic. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with station road steam, I’ve dealt with these guys before and had no issues. I enquired about an upcoming engine, which I was assured would be going into their workshops that week. I was eager to buy it, and stated I’d happily travel the 5hrs to buy it but it would need to be on a Saturday which was agreed. The next week the engine was on test but had safety valve issues and went in for some work on them. I asked again for updates as I was trying to arrange a day to go up to collect. Having not received anything I called and got an irritated sounded employee that I’d called. 8 weeks have passed now and I’m still none the wiser about what’s happening with the engine, what price, a lead time on the works or anything they haven’t phoned me once . This site says I have to give 1 star, but if I had the option they wouldn’t have it. Taking my business elsewhere now.

0/10 for customer service, drove 2 hours to buy an engine only to be turned away in the yard as I didn't have an appointment. Just robotic answers from employee in the yard saying it states this policy on their website, The website was last updated in May and is not clear that appointments are required now. This was my first experience and I could have been a valued customer for years to come, but not with this attitude I'm afraid. I promptly left feeling humiliated.

Very good place to look for loco's and diesel live steam and electric.
Always friendly and helpful, usually get a cuppa when I arrive.
All sorts of model traction engines,internal combustion engine, the lust goes on.
