The phone operator was polite and friendly and helpful answering all my questions. The taxi arrived on time and was very clean. I was asked to sit in the back seat because of covid19 which was understandable. The taxi was very clean inside and out and the driver was dressed respectfully for the job. The drive to my destination was comfortable and the driver was great at joining the conversation with good comebacks. The journey was smooth and we arrived at my destination promptly. I asked the driver if he could wait and he agreed. The journey home was just as good as the journey out and I was very impressed with the service. Because I was so impressed with this firm I used it again and again and I received the same service that I got with the first driver. I definitely recommend this taxi service to everyone.

Taxi turned up bang on time, he was friendly and chatty and knew a short cut to my destination. Comfortable clean car, will definitely use again.
