Need to update their website to state that it is closed for lunch for an hour (possibly longer) from 1pm until 2pm! Not great having to walk there for 15 mins in the rain and sleet to find it is closed during this time. Such a simple thing to do, please get it updated!

Just trundled in sleet and cold at 1:30pm as it states it was open and I needed to deposit some money. Imagine my dismay to find it closed. No wonder post offices are closing everywhere. Maybe this one is next.

Even the post office website states it is open.

ordered some clothing online and it said free next day collection. I chose this option and the website automated my nearest collection point. which was 59a stoney lane. I tracked it only to find out the owners of this post office Declined it and returned to sender because 'I put down that I live here'...as if it was my address..Well its a click and collect order of course its going to have this postal address on it. its a click and collect! avoid this post office they dont know what they're doing. The Denby Dale post Office is much better and far better organised.

Said it doesn't shut until 5.30 but yet my partner when as soon as he got home from work to find it shut at 4.20
