Hello everyone hope you see this review,
I buy this etisalat recharge card, 14/03/2022
then in the bills stated that "Keep the bills in exchange in 7 days" so i go back to the store in 16/03/2022 to refund or to exchange other things, but what their responses? "no exchange, no refund" which is said by the supervisor and the manager. Very dissapointed and the attitude from the supervisor is very very bad. Like i owed her 1 million dirhams. Please in case you are the owner of this store or management please upgrade your services standards. Towards CSR ( customer services relationship ) I hope with this review you can be better to serve any other customer in case. Thankyou appreciate it

Very bad service for filling staff.
Every week I will buy petrol in this pump
First time I will see this issue.
Filing guy is not close properly my petrol can and put into my car boot .
I am asking what are doing , he told me that is not my duty. ??

Service is extremely poor. Get more staff so things can move quickly. Rather go to adnoc next time. Came here as I was in a hurry and this is the time I’m refuelling with you guys.
Terrible.

Service at the eppco horrible Ajman. Station has hired people without any etiquette and manners,Zero customer satisfaction direct telling bad words. 1 staff for duty always making big traffic... suggestions ADNOC much better...,

Washroom facility is horrible, not maintained at all. The flush is not working from more than a week.. Please take necessary action . “ We are all Respobsible “

Always less staff that's why it's slow service and today 12. 06. 2021
Only 1 staff handling all petrol station which take us 45 mints to wait in line
