Very poor service..Uneducated staff very bad experience...All fake people working in this company and Email id number will not work...its better to go with any other courier company..They will not deliver you order on time and not give COD amount.Sure i will report to UAE police.

We had a new boiler fitted by Dean earlier this month. From the moment Dean came to give us a quote for a new boiler, we felt confident that he was the right person for the job and we were not disappointed. Dean is friendly, professional and totally committed to providing the best customer service that he can. No question or query is too much trouble. We are delighted with our new boiler and how easy it is to operate. We also have piece of mind knowing that when it comes to the boiler’s first annual service, Dean will be on hand.

Dean came to my property to help rip out and reinstall my complete boiler system after it was badly installed by an unregistered gas engineer. What can I say, what an absolute delight. Such a friendly and professional guy. Everything was explained to me and he did a fantastic job. Dean I can’t thank you enough for all your help and patients. The job was more complicated than first thought but he stayed till 9.30pm to help make sure it was safe for me and my 3 year old daughter. I really can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend

On recommendation from family I chose to have my boiler service with Shropshire gas and heating. Dean was very professional and kept me in the loop with what he was doing, it was also apparent I had a gas leak from my cooker which was quickly rectified with a full gas tightness test. Thanks Dean

Dean came and overhauled our entire central heating system, including a power flush. He also fitted thermostatic valves to all our radiators. The difference in the efficiency of our system is unbelievable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shropshire gas to anyone needing plumbing, central heating etc work done.

Excellent company - Dean has always been great at sorting out any issues I had with my old boiler and I recently had a brand new boiler installed.
Dean and Carl are professional, friendly, tidy and always kept me updated with what they were doing. I would not use anyone else and I highly recommend.

Our boiler stopped working and I called SGH and Dean came round that evening to check the boiler over, he wasn't pushy and was very helpful when I was deciding what to do next. He provided me with a quote to replace the boiler and after a couple of other quotes, we decided to go with SGH as they were a friendly and local small business.
3 weeks after the initial breakdown, we have had a shiny new boiler fitted and it is no longer -1⁰ in our house.
Very professional and polite staff, kept me informed throughout the day and stress free.
Will be recommending to anyone who asks for a heating and plumbing company.

Excellent service. Fitted my new boiler and fixed a faulty radiator. Clean, neat and tidy workmanship. Both Dean and his brother, Carl were professional but also very friendly. Both went the extra mile, not only to do a good installation but also to make sure what they did was aesthetically as pleasing as possible. Have also arranged to have them do annual service. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks Dean.
