Very poor services takes upto 48 hours to receive a shipment between Dubai to Ajman. They will collect money within 24hrs. They came to collect their cash at 2 am and delivered the goods next day 11pm

If I could give zero stars I would. Today was supposed to receive my delivery, the driver MUHAMMAD RAMADHAN sent me voice note on WhatsApp asking me to send my location (home) he told me that’s not his area so another delivery will be scheduled for tomorrow. So I explained that it was agreed with the merchant that my delivery will come at work, after 4pm, the driver said “you need to come earlier to this area because I will leave early”. Since when the customer has to adjust to the delivery driver? So I explained I couldn’t come earlier as I started working after 4pm. He said, then your delivery is cancelled.
So I won’t receive my items. Because that gentleman decided so.

Ridiculous.
Not sure which language they speak as well.
Please avoid them.

Not good the delivery guy he is old Eygpt he was only sitting in the car not bringing any of my order i came to his car and said you should come down to give the customers order he said my job only to bring by car i said your job is not only driving your job is to drop the order till customers door this is why i paid delivery fees for then he kept shouting in Eygpt language i took my order i skipped him when he went by car he did whelie front of my house and went fast i have 4 cameras outside of my home i can complain to police about what he did

The drivers here have bad service ...made me wait from 11 Am till 6 pm saying he will be there in an hour. And when he arrived he thought I can't read Arabic so he shows me my address written in Arabic and says it's my fault that the address written there is wrong and this after sending my location to him through WhatsApp twice. Lying drivers who never show up on time and have the dumbness to blame the client
