Beware of this company! Faizal is scammer and con artist.

We enquire a 7-bedroom residential villa in Ajman, informed it's for 3 families of 15 pax to stay. The agent AGREED TO ALL our terms, made us signed the agreement and paid 10% agent fees. After we took the keys, the owner only allow 6 person to stay, eventually don't allow us to rent the property after we done the fixtures.

Faizal is a very irresponsible agent: 1) Never informed the owner beforehand, mislead us to sign the agreement.
2) Never picks up calls or reply messages after payment, made us waited hours in front of the office countless of times. 3) Refuse to refund the agent fees paid. In the end, Faisal twisted the story, avoiding us and use someone else to demand back the key, while refuse to refund us.

We are reporting this company for unethical practice and scamming money.

Very easy from 2 tran stations, no more than 10 mins walk at the most.
Also well situated for Food and Drink venues.

Its a modern behemoth of corporate living. Awful over complicated lift setup and a sterile soul destroying reception area.
I've give it four stars as once you get in, its a pleasant office space.

Easily accessible from tram stop across. Modern building with plenty of space in reception area. Need a building sponsor to gain access.
