Booked travel to the airport for my holiday, £220 was paid up front for the service, continued communication confirming that the booking was going ahead as promised. All until the day arrived, the time in which they were supposed to arrive came…nothing, called driver a plethora of times, again…nothing. This services provided by this company is nothing short of embarrassing, and not only will I be advising my friends and family not to use this service. I will also be taking to social media and possibly writing to the papers. I’m seething, my holiday has been ruined. I quite frankly feel sick.
