It’s very nice and comfortable and good view for beach ????️ from the FM Cafe,very good quality for shisha….
You guys have to try once….
I went many shisha cafe in ajman but i had good service and enjoyed in this FM Cafe

Great location, greatest service in town. Outside seating is the best place in wintertime. Price is moderate, not expensive, and free parking is offered. Place is located by the beach of Ajman. Tawfiq is a good and friendly guy with a quick service mindset.

The place and ambiance is good and perfect for chill while watching the sunset, However, the price in the menu is totally different from the price when you are paying - so just keep this in mind to see and read the prices or ask.

They could revise the menu price in order to avoid confusion and further complaints.

Breakfast meal with Shisha : 35-45 ADH
Food was amazing , Shisha is 7/10
free parking slots
The place is old and need some refurbishment
Staff are welcoming but will be great if trained more for service
Overall I recommend for morning affordable breakfast and Shisha

Amazing food. The view is great, they have a nice shisha too. Service is a bit slow but still acceptable..

Kebbe bel laban is amazing.
Mulukhiya is great.

Top advise,don't visit it on the weekend or holiday because there is no way to get a table special if you have family...kids area always full then if don't care about your kids it's easy to get injury

The place looked great, ambience seemed nice but we did not have a very memorable experience. We came in to inquire but one of the staff here spoke rudely to us. He talked to us in a condescending manner and after that we simply left. Was looking forward to here but I highly doubt coming back.
