We went in today around 2.45pm. We went around and did our usual shop around. No issues. Until we arrived at the till. Till 4 I believe. We loaded up to be asked to show how many bottles of pop we had in trolley. We said 6 twist and 2 vanilla diet coke.. our words wasn't enough. She had to double check. I was like wow. Unbelievable. Then to add insult to injury the young girl said can I see in your carrier bags. (I was thinking wow who are you.) I said yes of course you can.. (we was made to feel like criminals.) All we was doing was a food shop. Nobody else was asked to show the inside of their shopping bags. Very rude /unprofessional. I said this must be a new thing because we've never had this in any other aidi store. Her reply was it's something we have to do now.
Won't be in a hurry to return to this store.

This Adli is worst place I never seen, very racist.
I took coffee and tea was told to put it back as the limit was only 6 items per customer. I never ever seen that any Aldi.

Just discrimination and racist notting else.

Bought 2 large packs of chicken thighs with 5 days date on (15th and 16th May). Both packs were opened on the 13th May when they still had 2 and 3 days date on them. But they were both rotten - rotten smell and green on the chicken thigh! They were bought and in the fridge 20 minutes later so not me!

Fantastic, friendly staff and a good range of products at very good prices.
Although, I find that once a product is out of stock, it takes a week or so for more to arrive (based on experiences at both Dronfield and Sheffield St James retail park stores). Surely a better ordering system of reordering once a certain number remain is better than waiting until almost all sold before restocking? Especially when these are everyday products not specials!

We shopped today at aldi Dronfield. At 12.50 .at the cash out far end till .an assistant tall lad , of which I couldn't see his name tag . He treated us like a common criminal making us lift all bags in the trolley without expernation. When i created eye contact he just staired at me . very offended by his actions .sugest a training need for this very rude lad
Spent £130 today won't return. DUE TO HIS ACTIONS

I don't buy food from here just sweets biscuits etc but to be truthful alot of things have been stopped or not in stockroom this store very poor

Aldi nick name.." little Aldi" dronfield , Sheffield road . I travel a little bit extra to use this store. A clean and tidy store with friendly staff with a "can do " attitude. thank you
