Very bad service people waitng for more then 1hour 30 mints working from 8am to 7pm Monday to
Thursday

We went at 2:14 pm there were 2. Staff working for immigration esblishment department after half an hour I’m back I see no staff siting we ask the customer care counter they mentioned the shift is changing I was waiting more then 1 45 mints then they said don’t no when they are come and final they said staff are not coming in evening come tomorrow in website working hours 8 am to 7pm this is not good they must not do like this feel bad about it

Very good people on Reciption I visited there for my daughter NOC ,they attested just in few minute very quick service very humble and helpful Arabic person on reception God bless you thanks

My child's visa deposit has NOT been completed for 9 months. They said that they would send my documents to ABU Dhabi General Office for processing and reply within a week. After waiting for 4 months, they did not reply. I drove for an hour each time to ask them, but they just told me to go back and wait. I said could you give me a query email, so that every time I no need to drive long time come office to ask, the male staff at counter 1 seemed very angry and directly called me go home wait

Honestly, the receptionist was kind person and guided us but the other staff was really rude. I dont know why. We spoke in soft and respectful manner and we got the opposite. All we wanted was help and guidance. We visited there for the 1st time and have no idea about anything there. Even though we had papers, they did not look at it and told the things which we already knew and that also rudely.
