Very disappointed with the service. This place is a rip off. Paid £45 for a full valet and was told it would take 3hrs and the car was not even cleaned properly. The boot was not wiped down at all there was still dirt all over the glove box and door cards the windows were not wiped down at all. And the outside of the car was not cleaned properly at all there was still large amounts of dirt left. Have tried emailing to and got no response. Do not use the car was service at bluewater is is a rip off. Just to add to this now. The reply to this post from the company is rubbish they tell you to email them and you get no reply back at all. This company is a joke. Don't use them at all.

Awful service and a total rip off - DO NOT USE!! A £100 full detail and upon further inspection when I got home I was disgusted with how poor it was. Wheel arches not even touched, rubber mats not cleaned properly, boot liner and carpet not cleaned, door sills not cleaned, backs of seats not cleaned, carpet still dirty hidden under mats and wheels are still filthy. The leather treatment was just loaded on in patches and took me ages to wipe out as was soaking wet. A £25 wash at asda is far better. I feel totally ripped off and won't be going anywhere near this place again.

Paid £30 for gold service when I got back, the car was left unattended and was left open with no one there. Place had closed up, and just left my car unattended.

There was still dirt on the roof still, and wheels were not cleaned evenly.
On the car door there was still dirt marks, which I cleaned myself.
When I got inside, I was satisfied enough.
But realised £5 was missing in coins in the Center cup holder.

Will never been using this car service again.
Can't believe my car was left unattended.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the car wash. Despite paying for the platinum service at a cost of £40, my car was not properly cleaned. The dashboard and door trims were still wet, and when I kindly mentioned this to the staff, they proceeded to shout and moan at me. Despite my request, the car was not dried properly, and upon further inspection, I discovered that the wheel arches were covered in thick mud. I had used this car wash before and paid for the gold service at £25, and the wheel arches were spotless. I expected the same level of service or better for the additional £15. The staff continued to shout at me and were not willing to listen or make any effort to properly clean my car when i asked nicely. After they continued to treat me with disrespect, I decided to leave and will not be returning to this car wash. I know one person not going to the car wash is nothing to them, but I don't want anyone else wasting their money and being treated unfairly. I do not recommend this service. They used to be great, but have recently gone downhill.

Awful car wash.
£59 and it looked like the dirt had just been pushed around the bodywork.

Wish I had read the reviews too!! Poor standard, told them we would be 2 hours, which we came back later than this and it wasn't ready. Were told a specialist was coming to clean the wheels, and then they preceded to do it!!! The rear window was still smeary inside, no rubbish collected, so I went round and collected it for them. Dirt still on paintwork, so I will be going round the car now to complete the job. £45 NOT well spent

Update, I have emailed the company as requested below, twice, and so far no response

Edit, the customer service guy has been very accommodating to rectify this issue

I tried to use the one near John Lewis wo weeks ago. I arrived just as they opened, one car being cleaned, none waiting. I asked for a bronze wash to be told that the silver wash was much better. In this type of weather I only needed the bronze wash and did not want to pay almost double for the silver wash. He then said "only this one" pointing at the silver wash on the board. I declined to have that one so he turned me away. I was disgusted. Looked up the company''s contact details, rang twice, no reply, left messages with my contact details but did not hear from them. If the bronze wash is no longer available then tape should be put over it on the board. Rude, disinterested member of staff. Will not be recommending them.

Sadly for £39.95 the quality of work was not upto standard. Oddly they don't keep the keys so cannot move the car to do the wheels properly. Subsequently I drove away with dirty wheels. I most certainly won't use again
