I worked for 8days . They said for 6days we pay 750 aed with the academy. But after I wrok for 8days they paid me 700aed my 700 aed went in metro and bus only.. after 8days I got full fever for 3days so I didn't went wrok so u said don't want so I got full problem from this company.and in this company all are staying with bad attitude no body talkeds good .they have cheat with me . They said after 7 days will give you the permanent job after I go they told me don't want this kind of the company is this after coming from this company my other job also I lost very much a problem me.

We've been dealing with JITHU for years and he is very accommodating! He makes sure we are well informed before proceeding with the production, and every details we want on the product is being followed. Thumbs up! ????????????

GPC is a very reliable company in terms of their products, very cooperative & easy to deal with. Starting from ordering, to logistic, delivery (drivers who are very helpful) & up to their accounts.
I’m dealing with them for almost 3years & I’m happy that there is one person who’s supporting me to all my needs in terms of CUPS & you can rely on to Mr. Jithu. Their designers Mr. Mohsin who is very helpful on whatever you need in terms of your artwork & he is very supportive also. GOOD JOB.

Probably the best manufacturers of paper cups in UAE. Good quality product, Great Service and Professional staffs. Specially Mr. Jithu, working with him made my job a smooth experience, he truly cared about what I need and make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing my product from them. All their staffs are polite, upbeat and committed to great service!

I have dealt with this company three times and their dealings were very excellent, and Jethu made many things easy for me, he was very cooperative, his dealings were nice and it will not be the last time I deal with them inshalla.

THE WORST! DON'T RUIN YOU MOOD ordering products from this supplier. Not to mention dealing with JETU. This is the worst customer service experience from a supplier. He is just arrogant considering we badly need the cups.

From production to delivery, it was a completely stressful experience. He claimed to be an expert in this product but he could not make it right.

On the delivery day, their delivery guy asked me to pick up the boxes from the roadside coz he cannot find parking. I told him to drop it in the unloading area and our guy will collect it. I even gave him the contact number of my colleague who has a standby crew with a trolley waiting for him. Instead, he keep circling and lied about circling for 40 minutes and that the police is telling him that he will be fined which is a complete lie as we have all our huge shipments dropped in the same area all the time.

We ordered red coffee cups with BLACK lids, but he delivered with white lids. Even though it was not the right lid color, we accepted it.

We also ordered transparent cups with red heart transparent lids. Before the delivery, he sent me 4 pictures of different types of lid covers. 3 of which are transparent and one is black.

I as a new customer have no idea that there are actually "white" color lids which again, he didn't send on any of the photo options provided. I pointed to one of the photos mentioning white (transparent).

All in all, they delivered white lids for both coffee cups and transparent cups.

I called Jetu to ask him to replace the lids and he said no problem he will arrange delivery. On the same day he promised to deliver, he messaged me saying I should arrange pick-up from their office.

I argued saying he has no word of honor telling me he will arrange and later change his mind. He argued hard with me over the phone telling me that I should admit that all this was my mistake. He wouldn't even let me finish talking and he's talking over me not even listening. In the end, he hangs up on my face.

I had no choice but to arrange for the driver to pick it up since again we needed the product so much and we paid for it already. He packed the lid in a carton. When I opened the box, guess what? he packed the wrong lid again!

This is by far the most RIDICULOUS, worst of the worst service from a salesperson I have ever encountered in Dubai.

He is even more arrogant than he is and never apologetic.

I had an amazing experience with them , they print on time and dealing with them is super smooth, they always provide samples and will graphics before starting the job, product quality is super good the cups never leaks

Called to ask for prices. Shouting down the phone asking how much it would be from 1 staff to the other until they realise I wasn't put on hold. Then I ask if there are any cheaper price at all as I don't live in the area, and the guy passed the phone to a woman who rudely responded "the cheaper option love, is getting the Bus" . Absolutely horrible customer service. I wouldn't even call them if my life depended on it. Shocked. Less than 1 star.

Booked a wheel chair access cab to take my son to my wedding and then take him to restpite later on that day taxi came 5 mins earlyer than I booked it for which really put my mind at rest driver was really helpful I will definitely use again 10 out of 10 service definitely recommend ???? ????

Used them couple of times as my train often got canceled, very polite and friendly operators and not long wait. Lovely people it seems, yet to have and issue.

Unfortunately they couldn't help me. I was put of range apparently. I was disappointed. I had to beg a lift of someone in the end. I need to source a good honest taxi firm in our area

Company advised 20 minute wait, stopped responding to my calls after around an hour, driver then turned up after an hour and a half. Strange service, unfair to still send the driver when I would obviously have made other arrangements given that they were so late and not responding to calls, the driver was very nice, phone operator not so much.

Excellent service. I lost my phone on a night out. I rang them and the lovely driver had handed it in. Pick up on time for outward journey and return journey. Telephone operator was friendly and we shared a laugh. All my taxi journeys will be with Apollo now.
