They are not even deserve to get a single star. First of all, you have to push them for the delivery within 48 hours even though, they will false promise to you in a same day delivery. Secondly, after received the parcel money from the parcel receiver, they purposely try to harass the actual sender to visit their shop 3-4 times to get the money. Their customer dealing is pathetic, don't even bother what customer service meant to be. All the Egyptian staffs over there are basically irresponsible, lack of knowledge of their actual work, presenting of very basic pace of work culture. They are not at all professional, not responsible, poor customer service. If they didn't change their attitude towards developing the business pattern then very soon they have to close the shop.

They are not deserving for 1 start as well from my side, These all peoples are fake, he requesting for delivery first and then after delivery didn’t return any kind of payment and block to her customers as well, this is very incredible, it’s happening in UAE Ajman, China mall asp complaint against this company, but still he’s working I don’t know after taking money of peoples how they survive. Very very bad and shameful ????????

They are not disserving even single star but i gave them 1 star because i want to aware peoples don't use this courier company one of my friend asking since 3 months for payment this company delivered her order but didn't return the cash. after lot of requesting finally yesterday they block his number, very sad & disappointed.

I just wanna ask everyone this fraud courier company they change office every few months after eating innocent peoples money, don’t used this Gravity courier company, he taking my orders since 3 months ago and continually requesting ???? about payment but no one can listen and didn’t return the payment, if I visit office it’s close if call they didn’t answer. So be careful everyone, kindly check my messages screen shot, this company management feeding here family and babies HARAM.

خساره عليه حتى النجمه الوحده يقولون لكم في البدايه بنسلم الطلبيه باقرب وقت و اكيد ما بنتاخر و عقب ماياخذون الطلبيه ما بيسلمونها و بتركضون وراهم و ما بيردون و اذا ردوا بس يصارخ صاحب الشركه ترا في وايد شركات و اسلوبهم الف مره احسن من هالاسلوب محد يوعد حد و عقب يسحب يتحرا ما في حد غيره و يصارخ حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل و هاي ثاني تجربه لي معاهم و كلها من اسوء لاسوء اتمنى اني اقدر اشتكي عليهم امانه لحد يصدق و يتحرا انهم زينين في واايد شركات افضل من هالخدمه التعبانه

They don't even deserve a single star. They tell you at first that we deliver the order as soon as possible, and surely we won't be late. After they take the order, they don't deliver it. You run after them, and they don't respond. And after he pulls out, he investigates no one else and screams, God suffices me, and he is the best agent, and this is my second experience with them, and all of them are from the worst to the worst.

Friendly and helpful, fixed my phone in less than 24 hours, had dropped it and damaged back and camera lense. Very reasonable price and very quick turnaround, will definitely be using again, great service.

Quick call to check availability, approximate price was received within few minutes. brought two phones and an iPad/tablet with cracked screens, damaged charging port and one phone needed battery changed.
All completed and ready to pick up next day.

Great experience from start to finish! Professional, friendly and great communication. I went in with a broken lock button on my iPhone. It was repaired within 24 hours plus he gave me a stand in phone to use while I was without mine. Would highly recommend.

Perfect! Dropped my iPhone 11 this morning and cracked screen. I texted, he came and collected the phone from the front door, and, returned it within 90 mins. Faultless.

Responded with a quote on a Sunday!! Repair was quick and easy. In fact the screen looks sharper than it did before. Also fitted a screen saver
