Very useful and paying this price is nothing when you think about quick passage across the river

Very useful ferry, took a chunk out of our long journey. People winge about the price but it’s cost is a necessity, as tourists we have an obligation to help support the local communities that we love to visit so much. Otherwise these quirky little places would disappear.

Had to reverse off the ferry as I didn't have cash , they don't accept card payments , in this day and age ! Get chip & pin and into the 21st century! What a fiasco .

£7.20 for 4 people to get the ferry across on foot which took them 2 minutes, and they were miserable when we tried to talk to then and pay.
