Worst experience ever! With justification.
I waited 6 days for my TV unit to arrive, then their team arrived.
1- Poor experienced team.
2- Don’t know how to assemble the Unit.
3- guessing game, keeps assembling and disassembling.

After many attempts of trying to convince them to read the installation manual, they broke the furniture.

I am still waiting for their team feedback on the replacement.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Home Center Furniture Company. Three months ago, I purchased a sofa from their store, and to my dismay, it has a glaring manufacturing defect on the fabric. Even more frustrating is the fact that I was assured of a two-year warranty at the time of purchase.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service team, they have refused to exchange the defective sofa or even provide a satisfactory resolution. This lack of accountability and their failure to honour their warranty commitment is truly disappointing.

As a loyal customer, I trusted home center Furniture Company to deliver quality products and stand behind their promises. However, their unwillingness to address this issue has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing them and to be aware of their questionable after-sales support. A company that cannot fulfil its warranty commitment and ignores customer concerns does not deserve our patronag

Worst staff and idiotic response from staff. They commited to pick up the ordered item at 6pm and when I reached even at 7 it was not easy and staff answered in such a way we are beggars and they are doing favor to us. Finally they asked me to wait till 8pm. Which I wasted 2-3 hours waiting at City center for nothing. I don’t recommend this store. I agree with all post down is perf tot correct.

I like to buy from home center they have a good collection but in this branch the casher lady was so rude, she should never deal with customers because of her attitude

The manager was standing without saying anything or dealing with the problem in front of him, and it seems all stuff is afraid to speak with her

Because of her attitude I cancelled all my purchase and i don’t think i will go to this branch anymore

Wonderful. Collections are awesome.
Only two cash counters are there. If more customers are there, you have to spend more time to pay and exit.

The way your cashier Fatima handle and approach me and my sister is very rude. You should have atleast some evaluation with regards that kind of employee. Ohh by the way you can ask the guy cashier there also on how she acts towards us.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from the cashier ´Fathima’ in ajman city center very rude and she has no respect to the customers it’s really bad for home center to have such people working there .
