Absolutely stunning place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough. This was our third year staying in Fairoaks and it really is the perfect setting for gathering the whole family together for a week. We made good use of the fantastic pool, and enjoyed family meals in the large dining room followed by drinks around the fire pit, bliss! The barns are stylishly decorated and surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. Everything went smoothly thanks to Mark and Sarah who go the extra mile to accommodate any additional requests that we’ve had. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommended weekend stay at Fairoaks Barns. 20 of us attended for the weekend to celebrate our friends wedding and everything was perfect from Fairoaks. The photos online really do not do it justice. The rooms are much larger than expected and the grounds are just stunning. Excellent communication from Mark and Sarah during our stay. All the facilities you would expect and more. Would recommend for small or larger groups to enjoy. Hope to be back in the future!

We hired all the barns for a weekend to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The place was perfect, and we used the caterers 'your plate or mine' for a meal on the saturday night, which was equally as brilliant. The place is tranquil and private, with great facilities.

24 of us got together for a family birthday celebration week at Fairoaks Barns and it was amazing! We rented all four barns via the owner’s website and the service was faultless. We loved The Pool House where we dined together and enjoyed the lovely pool. Would definitely return - immaculate accommodation, supremely comfy beds, stylish interiors and a very picturesque setting!

A group of 24 adults and children spent a wonderful weekend at Fairoaks - the accomodation, the setting and the team were all excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back - 5 stars!

Amazing amazing amazing. Second time staying at this accommodation for a group of 24 and it didn't disappoint. We have stayed pre covid and again last week. Excellent facilities on grounds - bbq area, swimming pool. Even though we were a big group the grounds are big enough for everyone to have space without feeling claustrophobic. Advisable to take at least one car to go to local shops, take away etc if not food delivery is available.

Excellent owners, answered any queries we had, thank you both again.

Oh my. What a haven of luxury and beauty! We as a large group rented all four barns at Fairoaks for a big celebration and were blown away by their beautiful location, gorgeous interiors and the wonderful service we received.

Of particular mention is the incredible pool - out of this world - we loved relaxing and swimming looking up at the incredible views. We’ve stayed all over the world and this pool eclipses anything we’ve ever seen. The dining room was just perfect for all of us celebrating together - with caterers taking the strain. Fun at the fire pit and cosy log burners, Bramley products and immaculate estate grounds. The list goes on! No wonder this secret retreat was so highly recommended and did not disappoint.

The staff and owner couldn’t have been more helpful in discreetly ensuring we had everything we needed. They really did go above and beyond.

These incredible barns really are high-end luxury accommodation tucked away in a beautiful spot. Quite simply THE place to stay if you’re looking for a luxe location with privacy for a large family stay in the gorgeous Herefordshire/Gloucestershire/Worcestershire countryside. We took the most lovely walks, visited the lovely Ledbury and absolutely loved the wonderful wildlife around us.

We literally had to drag ourselves away and now can’t wait to return to Fairoaks later in the summer! It really is a little Soho Farmhouse but so, so much better.

Fabulous stay at Fairoaks - photos do not do it justice - it really is out of this world.

Booked direct with Mark the owner - seamless from first contact to departure.

Would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend to others looking for somewhere particularly special to stay.
