I booked a cab from these last week for a 06.38 pick up to take me to the train station for 7am and then got a cancellation text from them 10 mins before pick up..Hence I missed my train as didn't have time to reschedule a different taxi.

Very pleasant call handler. Taxi arrived on time, driver was polite, cab clean and tidy. Also allowed my dog to travel. Will definitely use again.

Fabulous taxi company. Reliable and friendly drivers. Was especially happy on Christmas day with the lovely lady who was so patient as we got my elderly parents on crutches into their home before carrying on with our journey. A huge thankyou

Needed a taxi at short notice after midnight Saturday. Tried several operators got no sensible response. Central had a very personable girl on the desk who gave me confidence they'd respond to my booking .... and they turned up quicker than they'd advised.
Driver was very good too .... good chat and we'll driven.

We booked a central today to take us to Alton towers and we had an amazing driver. He was friendly, cheerful and brilliant to talk to. He showed up early both times picking up and dropping us off. We all felt so safe in the car! Richard went above and beyond today! Really appreciate it. Thank you!
