Only ever stopped to charge here once and neither sides worked. I called Osprey and got put in a queue until I gave up. It's also an expensive place to charge when it does work. So can't really be positive about my experience although I do believe (speaking with other users) these chargers are now far more reliable.

Changed the location by removing Foldgate Lane, and replacing with Mary Elizabeth Road. Entering Foldgate Lane into the sat nav sent us down a blind alley whereas entering the postcode changed the road name. Started the charge using the Bonnet app.

Parked up, followed simple on screen instructions from chargepoint, within a minute car charging up. Fanastic location too. Need more of this standard around the UK! Well done Osprey!
