For such an important hub, this bus station is in a poor state. What finally prompted this negative review was a Stagecoach bus driver smoking in the bus station (Mon 15th May 2023) and next to a parked bus with its windows open (many people smoke in this area, despite signs saying it is prohibited). Meanwhile, there is not enough space for people when buses are inevitably cancelled or turn up late, several screens don't work, and why are there bus stops within the larger structure? The whole things needs rethinking, and in the meantime there needs to be enforcement around smoking in this confined public area. A very poor show from the bus companies and Cambridgeshire County Council.

It's a bus station so not overly exiting, but can get a bus to most places. Could be cleaner, lots of rubbish around and debris.

It needs a really good clean and the seating fixing. When multiple buses don't turn up on time it becomes very crowded very quickly. People seem to be able to smoke even with the signs up telling them not too.

Bus station is in need of attention. Most of the bus display timetables were not working. Cobwebs everywhere. Overhead glass area dirty. Looks run down.

Despondent drivers fit in with the misery of Drummer Street bus station. Broken glass, tramps and an crushing sense of dread all culminate right here for a concoction of sadness that you’ll be stuck with for a long time due to the constant late buses.
