I would start with the greetings, the Kava Cafe people give when you entered is absolutely heartwarming ❤. The place is calm and beautiful to sit and sip a coffee. I ordered Flat White and Coffee Sandwich (sweet) both are awesome I love Coffee Sandwich more than Flat White. Price wise pretty much reasonable for the quality and tasty. Overall excellent place to sip a coffee ☕. I just loved it.

❌Sorry to say but the service, quality & price all came down from 5⭐ to 2⭐.

❌Best seller Pistachio Latte taste is completely changed and not what was initially offered. Coffee taste is completely gone and it taste like heavy pistachio milk shake only.
❌Customer Service is also not satisfactory.
❌Worst part is Pistachio Latte cost is increased & it is equals to the cost of meal.
❌Outside sitting area was completely ignored & all seats were full of dust. No cleaning done.
Pictures are uploaded, see the difference of both pistachio latte.

Loved ambiance
After Starbucks, loved this coffee cafe.
Pistachio latte was so delicious & recommending this to all cold coffee lovers. This was really really delicious ????
Desserts were fine.
Americano taste was like blend of arabica & turkish coffee ☕

Spacious and well decorated interior sets this cafe on a high pedestal already.

Right on the entrance to Ajman Creek is this beautiful cafe with in and outdoor seating.

The lower points are because the rates are pretty steep and the items available didn’t stand up to the decor and pricing attached to it.

We had their bestseller the Spanish Coffee, but it was lackluster. Not too say that is was bad, but that it didn’t justify the rates they have.

Premium seating cafes usually draw patrons by enrolling in a wide range of promotional coupons or credit card promotions, but Kava had none which I feel is a let down.

The staff were a plus point to this place. Very polite and eager at the same time non intrusive. Perfect points for them.

I had one cortado and V60 , it was excellent, nice place and decoration, prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and helpful, I recommend this place thanks

Very quite place. loved the ambiance. the Cortado was delcious and good looking. the kunafa cake was ok. cheesecake with kunafa topping .

We like good coffee! And we wasn't disappointed!
Quality of hot/cold beverages are very good, we tray many items from menu all of tham tastes amazing! Nice & polite staff as well

The place had a good ambience to it and customer service was great but their cakes are a bit over priced since the taste was average.

I loved the place with beautiful and instagramable surroundings and some delicious coffee. We also tried the milk cake and it was just so delicious. Loved the place and the staff was great too.
