6 December 2022 n I had to send the cargo. They took cash and said they would send it and left with the goods. Then what happened was very very unforgivable cheating. He said it would take 40 days. It's been 6 months now. I always followed up. Prabhakaran was the contact person there. He insisted that the cargo will arrive in 5 months now and will arrive tomorrow. Finally, when I searched there with great difficulty, I found out that they had closed the shop. This made me very sad. I lost my money and my product . Finally came to know that after 6 months they have not sent to Kerala. They have done a very, very fraudulent thing. Never trust them. Even if they start the shop tomorrow, don't service them. You and your related people will suffer for this. You will have to feel the suffer of many people. It is very sad to know that this kind of fraud is going on in the great and good country of UAE. I pray that you will suffer without giving me my cash back

I visited Kerala Spa Ajman with a friend last Saturday. They gave us so many options and honestly, we were confused on which one to chose as they all seemed fantastic. Then after a couple of minutes of contemplating, I choose to have a Russian massage and my friend choose a traditional Kerala massage.
We both loved the massage sessions and have apparently decided to come back at least twice every month. I never thought these massages are such stress release, and also the pretty masseuses attend to all your needs as well.
Everyone at Kerala Spa Ajman was very friendly and pleasing. We have also recommended these massages to a friend who has persistent back pain.

Worst Cargo Services. They tell 45 days expected but now morethan 45 days is over. No responsibility at all. They handled our goods in 2 weeks they not sending the goods. And we call enquired their responsibility is utterly poor.. Worst services i ever seen.....

Don’t trust there cargo , have send the cargo to Kerala in January not yet received the package and now no one is answering the call also…. Worst cargo service

Very very bad experience . Not at all professional. Items received in a damaged box. They are not ready to give back the balance amount even after 1 year. Think twice before you give cargo to them.

30 kg cargo. Not yet received the parcel to india now it’s approx 8 9 months they keep on delaying now the shop is closed… don’t ever go there .

Worst service don’t trust this company. My friend did the shipping and promised 40 days delivery, but unfortunately not delivered today is completed 100 days

Send cargo to Kerala in very great prices and the people are too friendly. Prices are too affordable compare to other courier in UAE
