The food was good but little disappointed with the staff because I ordered a dynamite burger combo so in one I selected coleslaw salad but I didn't get it because I forgot & they also forgot ???? when I remember i ask for it & they say we give you fries instead of salad Waoo little disappointed & don't visit on Tuesday no place for dine in to much crowded

Typical Kfc fastfood area but this branch has requires an attention to have a proper hygiene and sanitation. Garbage bins are messy and dirty, tables are not properly cleaned, floors has spilled drinks and foods. Chairs/couchs are dirty. This branch is worst amongst other branch that we went to dine-in. It’s understandable that it is a busy branch but a supervisor/manager should look into this as they’re serving food. I hope that they improve.

It was bad experience as the sandwiches and the food in general were cold except the fries.
No toilet papers no service recovery offered or done for the shortfalles.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with KFC. I placed an order through their online platform, but upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that the order was incomplete. Despite contacting their call center and being promised a refund, I have yet to receive it.

Not only did I not receive the missing items, but when I followed up with their call center, they refused to refund me, providing no valid explanation for their denial. This contradictory response has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their level of service.

As a loyal customer, I have always valued their products and services. However, this incident has severely impacted my trust in the company. I expected better customer support and a resolution to my issue.

I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Customers should be able to rely on their promises and expect fair treatment when problems arise.

I urge them management to rectify this situation and improve their customer service to prevent such incidents in the future. Trust and transparency are essential for maintaining a positive customer-business relationship.

Services were a bit slow because it was rush hour but that's understandable. People who's token number was after mine were getting their orders first, so that was a bit frustrating. Taste and quality of food was good. We had takeout and enjoyed our meal opposite at the beach.

Over all Good experience for having KFC Dining In, Food Service is good.
But the 'Bun' given was tasted bad. So we didn't had it.
Other than that, water was dripping (leakage) from above very close to the counter customer standing area right side, and there was water on the Floor, hope they rectify it soon..

Not customer friendly KFC employees. No table cleaners. I have asked in the counter. They said no cleaners. If you want to sit change to next seat. Really worst. Toilet also not clean. Too much dirty in the hand wash area itself. Better avoid to visit this KFC branch. Even the order not given proper way colsela missed, After I came home only realized.

The KFC Corniche branch is serving poor taste chicken. Can't even tie that branch to the KFC league..I'm writing this review after trying out from there many times..Something is wrong in the taste there.Dining & especially when ordering.. !!! Improve Corniche improve.!!!
