According to my experience it’s the worst KFC branch in the UAE or the region. I frequently visit it because KFC is one of my favorites and because it’s the closest branch to me but I don’t know when was the last time I got my order correctly as I asked.
Drive thru is a total mess, always late to reply, and the staff usually not well trained in customer service.

Extremely horrible service. When We received our order it was not fresh, all chicken pieces were mixed up. Broken stripes. Cold fries. When we called and made a complaint they said they’ll send fresh order for free but after 2 hours when the driver came he asked for extra money for order. He was rude and took the order back. Horrible customer service and horrible quality of food now. Never ordering again!!
KFC should hire a good staff that can work well. Provide good and fresh food. And should reconsider about their customer services too. The quality is getting really bad day by day.
Really disappointed !!

1 start too much for this specific branch... I think KFC hired wrong staff for this branch... Worst branch, order never been fresh...better cafeteria fried chicken

Worlds worst branch of KFC , rued staff supervisor , they didn’t worry about the table uncleaned , went with my family i cleaned the table my self , They asked me 3 times to confirm spicy or non spicy I confirmed spicy still they gave me non spicy with a plate of irresponsibility. I said dine in but they packed it for takeaway then I took the plates . For me its not a big deal to do all this my self but the mood is spoiled of irresponsibility and rudeness.

Slowest KFC in UAE... And staffs are running here and there for what .. don't know... But no movement at all....
