Beautiful and peaceful place. The walks on the board aren't that long so we walked around the lake (it's possible, but to get to the dam the road at the end sometimes disappears into the grass. The grass is pretty long but it's not that long and so doable in shorts. So if you continue walking through the grass you'll eventually find another part of the path and be able to get to the dam and follow the same or another road back to the parking lot. Halfway or about 3/4th of the path around the lake there is a picnic table with a really nice view (I post a picture of the view)) which is really nice. There are a lot of insects that bite you if you stand still so be aware of that.

This lovely forest has three trails: The first is a very short one which is suitable for people with mobility issues and wheelchairs, and the other two are longer and more aimed at hikers and walkers. I took the first walk and it was very nice and well shaded. Also a few picnic tables scattered around.

A beautiful woodland walk off the road to Oban or Fort William. If you need to stretch your legs, or you are staying in the nearby caravan park it’s worth a visit.

There is a car park you can stop at, and the whole walk won’t take too long.

Good choice of three walks, lots to see, small and hear. Enjoyed counting the different tree types and lots of water falls. My dog was in heaven.

What a hidden gem. We've been coming to Argyll for about 8 years now and don't know how we managed to miss this place. Wonderful forest walks with the tallest Giant redwood trees I've ever seen. There are various walking trails you can take, one leading to the waterfalls and another following a troll trail. Either way, the forest was beautiful and is managed so well that it encorporates nature, time and history all in one place. The way the waterfall has eroded the rocks is spectacular. Definitely want to come back to look and spend more time in this beautiful place.
