I am very happy with their service. As soon I walked in with my husband and newborn baby I met camilla who give me the best service and help me to choose what I needed. She is very professional with her job and understands what I want. The other staff also very friendly. We spend almost two hours which they actually already closed the stores. It is our fault too we are coming late without appointment and yet they still welcoming us. Overall, I definitely come again. They actually do sell great quality product.

I've had a lovely shopping experience. The store is beautiful and oozes luxury. Staff were very professional and welcoming, especially Luba, who's assistance was greatly appreciated.

I had a lovely experience at Gucci because of Misha. She was hospitable, friendly, kind, and fun, yet she maintained her professionalism. I took my time contemplating which bag I wanted. Misha showed me other bags, too, and answered all my enquiries. Thank you so much. ????

I've visited plenty of other stores but this one had the widest product range by far with very friendly staff.
Doesn't compare to the gucci stores at self-fridges nearby which have limited stock/range of products with very busy customer service.
10/10 recommend.

Was immediately given the once over as soon as I got to the door by the man watching the door. He told me I needed to wait when it didn’t look crowded inside. Felt pretty rude.

I had the best service today at the Gucci store on Bond Street. They were very welcoming and my sales person was awesome. He even helped me find shoes inmy size in other locations. I left with a new handbag. It was a good day

Had exactly what went in there for, the lady who served me was lovely, and was more than happy to go and get me a size down in shoe, because my normal size came up a tad bit big.

Obviously, she did try to get me to buy a few other things but did not try to hard sell. Which always makes a big difference in my book!!

My first time in this store. The security guard said there would be a 5-10 min wait but feel free to look around the store and check the items out, so I looked at the perfumes. I was happy to wait, then 5 mins later I was seen. The sales lady showed me loads of different card holders but there was a specific one I wanted (the black leather marmot). The lady went to the back room for ages and eventually found it! Very happy with my purchase they treat you like a valued customer.
