One of the staff Dilya in Ajman City Centre is bad-mannered. As I was looking for some lipstick with my Daughter and she bump into me so hard and when I look back to see who it was, it was one of the employees Dilya and looking straight in my eyes without even saying sorry. A very basic thing to do when you hit someone is to say SORRY. I think you should include teaching your staff to be respectful whatever race/nationality is the client. Might be the last purchase on that store! Poor client service

I have never been in a store where the staff could be more unprofessional, they are chatting in front of me as a customer while I am looking at them CLEARLY needing to be helped, they are super unprofessional. The company should teach their staff how to behave, and teach them about customer service because it REALLY SUCK!

I regularly buy lipsticks from kiko..I am always very happy as the girls are so friendly specially huda and alima they have a great knowledge about the products on new launches they are so excited to talk about the product which end up in me buying them..keep up the good work.i wll always go to this store coz of the staff

The worst brand I have ever visit no one assisted me when I visited the branch no next day I came to change 1 item as i took it wrong because no one bothered and assisted me before she refused to return the item last time I will deal with you not recommended at all
