The only thing which is a bit issue is the tight entry to the Buffet area & it being next to the Grilling kitchen.
Maybe they could tale down the middle wall & do a better arrangement for Buffet area which could provide some comfort to guests.

1) Keep sumac spice at the side (next to chilly pepper) , so ppl can sprinkle freshly to kebab dishes, which will give more nice taste to it.
2) Prepare the black tea ready in tea pot or thermos by using loose leaves ceilon tea, same as many restaurants doing, instead of letting customers use teabags , which it not tasty ????at all. At the end of dinner, I can say - it's spoiling the whole picture of dinner.
Hope the management of Kings Grill will consider our suggestions.

Food was very average most of it tasted like frozen/ pre cooked. The options were limited and seating not well organised.
There was a fire alarm going off again and again which was irritating.
Lethargic serving staff and very rude front desk personnel who wanted to have an upper hand rather than console the guest who made a mistake in booking in black ramada instead of this one. groups of serving ladies gossiping and passing comments on people's behaviour was least expected.
For the price and the name of Ramada this is a total let down.
Hope they improve their standards by leaps and bounds!

Staff is very friendly, polite & looks after their guests very well. Special thanks to Mr.Basha for his hospitality.

You can invite your guests to this restaurant without hesitation. Sunset over Ajman corniche can be seen from inside the restaurant.
Restaurant should reduce the price as compared to other buffet restaurants in Dubai.
Fresh Juices should be complimentary in the buffet.
