Arrived at Balmaha visitors centre and staff ever so helpful. Walk recommend going reverse route behind Conic Hill . Nice climb. When trying to reach the summit, it is a busy and narrow path. Quite rocky path at Summit extra care if wet.
Great walk, not too strenuous.
Will do it again. Below is a picture from Summit.

Closed to the public until the end of march. No workmen at the weekend if you still want to go and attempt it. Conic hill is getting a new path installed. It's quite sketchy to get round the rubble sacks but it is possible however i don't recommend taking your dog at the moment. Very enjoyable walk but challenging at the minute.

Most of thd path is good walking. "Man made" steps might be a bit taxing on some people. All well on a dry spell day. Views awesome bug it was a hoolue wind the night. Don't forget ur camera. Toilets open

Parking pay machines not working, privately owned. Machines say £3.20 for all day, ticket came out for an hour. A board said £3.40, so we put another £3.40 in and was only an hour too. In the end had to go on the ring go app and pay £3.60. So ended up paying £10.20 for parking. I saw so many people doing the same, was unable to save them all, by stopping them. The national trust said the company are aware, but they didn't come at all. They could of put a sign over the machines. But instead just let it take loads of peoples money. Just disgraceful, as saw so many older people losing money to a machine not working.

Large Car park that accommodates plenty of space for cars, Vans and EV’s charging stations are also available here. It use to be free but now you will need to pay if you will be staying for more than an hour, however 2.60£ for 4 hrs for 3.60£ for the day is not expensive at all.
Also you don’t need to worry about having to carry exact changes as you can pay using the RingGo app however contactless or card payments are not available.
At summer time, bank holidays or weekends when the weather is nice and Sunny ☀️ it can get really busy as The village is a popular tourist destination for picnickers and day trippers from Glasgow as well as walkers on the West Highland Way.
Toilet Facilities is available right at the visitors center.

A lucky sunset and a brilliant view looking up Loch Lomond. Starting at the end of the car park, it's a woodland walk and lots of stairs then a climb up the hill - surprised it was as quiet as it was when I was there..

This is a cracking spot when visiting Balmaha - epic Stand Up Paddle board session daisy chaining the islands and awesome ride up the west Highland way. Thank you to whoever makes spots like this available and for the warm welcome. Love love love Balmaha the hill, Loch Lomond Shore and it's wee islands

This is a beautiful spot and the climb up Conic hill is relatively challenging but do-able and worth it for the incredible views! I would advice proper walking footwear at this time of the year as it is boggy underfoot in places.
