Been holding back on a review the doctors are fantastic but as for the one reception lady won't mention a name me and my partner have had many many fall outs over the phone with please have a word never met someone so rude and arrogant in my life

Awful secretary's and receptionists. Rude and unhelpful. They only look after people they know. Should be closes

3 home visits and they complained about my home being a mess and told I only have a chest infection and I'm over weight. I ended up in hospital with severe heart failure
