Liked: The welcome we received on arrival was warm and welcoming and our first impressions were the site was clean and well kept.
The site is Very Dog Friendly with a great field to let them run and do their business.
The toilets and showers were spotless and we had a HOT powerful shower. From the washing-up room to the laundry room were all clean and worked well.
The staff were a joy, very polite and welcoming. The clubhouse food is good, the bar is well stocked ;-) and I must say all very well priced. The clubhouse had music and entertainment, I will add that the noise did not spill too much into the camping site.
No issues with the Wifi or phone signal.
The 3 x Dogs were happy and safe

Liked: All the staff were brilliant. We had only just bought the caravan and it was our first time taking it somewhere. We had no idea how to set it up amd the maintenance guy came over and helped us woth everything. The woman in reception/shop was really friendly. Made us all feel welcome. Nice pint in the club to ????. Never had food as we ate in caravan but the food i seen coming out looked lovely

Liked: Nice location, helpful staff on site

Disliked: Weren’t warned of a party happening in the club house yeh night of our stay. One of our party was competing in a sports event very early so needed sleep. We were originally on pitches right next to clubhouse but asked to move back, staff we very kind and let us go to a further back pitch however still all very close so would have been too loud. We didn’t stay in the end and found a quieter place. Wish we’d been warned beforehand.

Liked: Great place even though the pitches are small, we managed with our 7 mtr MOHO. We were close to the club house, but heard no noise at night. Club was also great and not expensive.
Showers dated but really nice shower! Always a plus! Very friendly people and a good place to explore Cornwal. We would definitely return.

Liked: Everything! The pitch was an excellent size for our trailer tent. The facilities were brilliant and showers were AMAZING! The on site shop was great for all the little bits and pieces you'll likely need and the kids park was fantastic for keeping our 2 small humans entertained.
Also brilliant for dog owners as they have a massive field for walking the dog off lead (but must stay on lead when not in the field).

Disliked: Not a massive dislike but they have a 10pm cut of for noise. And with having 2 small kids I did feel this was alittle late. Especially when the club house was also making noise. It was very hard to get our 4 yo autistic kid to sleep and then he went down at 111.30 but woke back up a 5am.

Liked: Nice flat pitches and the site was clean and tidy. The owners were lovely and helped us with an electric issue!

Disliked: The camping pitches are incredibly close to the bar and with young children the really loud music until gone 11pm wasn’t ideal. We even had what sounded like a mass fight one night which then ended with a car speeding past very close to our tent! We were also informed by the bar after we arrived that the kitchen was closed and there would be no food until Monday evening (the day we went home)
The bulk of the toilet/ shower facilities are located in the back of the bar and it was a little uncomfortable having to walk past everyone to take the kids to brush their teeth etc in the evening.

The water and wash up area could do with some modernising. Doesn’t look great.

Liked: Very good site, open all year round. Toilet facilities good. Club house excellent, good selection of beers, spirits & food. Owners & staff very friendly & helpful. Kids play area, dog friendly & shop on site.

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic food. A good family friendly site with tourist locations well within reach. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip there and will be back.
