Bus broke down twice in a row. First time it was coming home from school and we had to wait an hour for a replacement. Other bus that broke down started rattling crazily and we had to swap buses.

DONT GET THESE BUSES. OUR'S BURNT DOWN
We take this bus to school every day and one day we were on it thick black smoke coming out the engine. If us school kids hadn't see it then the bus driver would have kept on driving as he had ear phones in listening to music. We all got out and the bus driver opened the engine hatch and more smoke bellowed out and massive flames were seen. We all stood back and after a bit the windows shattered sending glass in the nearby area. I have attached a picture after the fire had been put out by the amazing fire crew. Also the bus has broken down several times while i've been on it. Everyone on our bus hate crawley luxury and thinks the same as me. Would rate 0/5 stars if I could.

Appalling service. 2 incidents in the space of a week. On Friday the coach refused boarding to my 11 year old son as it had pulled out a few yards from its school parking space (but was stationary on the car park at the time). Today (Weds May 1st) it drove past 3 schoolchildren who were waiting at the bus stop as the new driver didn't know the schedule. My son has a 6 mile journey to school and this level of service is totally unacceptable. Clearly the owner was being ironic when choosing the Company branding

I'd give zero if I could but your coaches park on hills making it very difficult to over take and cause an obstruction, when made a complaint was told we don't care were told to pick people up that's what we're doing never mind the safety aspect of where they park causing people to do difficult over takes in poor weather conditions not the attitude to have when running a company.

Rude, arrogant staff. Extremely poor customer experience and service, would expect more from a company calling themselves "Luxury". There are other much better local firms which have much more friendlier staff and provide a much more enjoyable experience. The company does not even respond to any emails sent to them and I upon calling company many times I have had my call answered and then put down immediately, what sort of company is this. AVOID!

Just come back from Llandudno with my mum. Unfortunately the coach broke and we had an replacement straight away. So no worries there as we left on time to come home and Lawrence our driver was fantastic and really helpful to all and has a g.o.h. Other people at the hotel said they wish they had a driver like Lawrence.
We will definitely use this company again.

Almost saw a serious accident on the way to work. Three cars lost control trying to avoid one of these coaches. he’d parked on the A25 next to a traffic island so he could go to the supermarket. As the traffic overtook the coach they came face to face with the traffic island.

How’s the cars missed the coach, the traffic island, and each other is a miracle.

Possibly the most dangerous coach drivers in the area. Three times this year I have nearly been knocked off my bike south of Bramber, the most recent occasion (N12 CLC) even used his phone to photograph me as he over took! Horrendous.
