Small restaurant near my accomodation. It has so many menus of food. Like burger, chicken, beef, rice, chapati, poratta, shawarma, sandwich, package food, etc. There are so many variant for each food. And for me (indonesian), the taste is delicious, because the seasoning is not sharp, good combination. And they serve it quickly. Also the price is cheap. And they also offer daily food package, for breakfast, meal, and dinner. The staff is nice too. Maybe just need to be more clean, so it will be better for customer. But overall i like it

Just had a poor experience. I tried to purchase some allergy tablets that were clearly marked up as £2.50 on the shelf. However at the checkout it demanded a £3 payment- I pointed out to a member of staff this was wrong and she looked st me as if I was stupid. She inferred I should just pay what the checkout asked! I refused and said, no, I should pay the marked price. Eventually, under obvious duress, a change was made and I paid the correct amount. Not very pleasant.

Nothing wrong with the store as such but you run the gauntlet of kids (use the term for want of a more apt word) on bikes in the underground carpark riding up the escalators and folk having to jump out of the way. There is bound to be an accident before long.
There is also a stench in the car park downstairs, something has been leaking from above that looks and smells disgusting.

Nice well laid out store with a good range of produce. It's more expensive than other supermarkets though . Does have different offers each week though.

The self checkout are not working properly. Lost half an hour to wait for a manager as noone was on the tills and only one lady on the self checkouts who didn't know what ot do!

Your store opens at 7am which is great but your checkouts do not open until 8am which is not great.

Bought chicken breasts they was placed in the wrong place the full batch I picked these up and bought them thinking the price was as labelled I paid and left reading the receipt as I got to the car noticed these was 7.99 for the only chicken breast that was only available too!!! I took these straight back into store as the price is ridicules I did not leave the car park with cctv could confirm and would not do a return as left store for 2.5 minutes the lady was rude and demanding without a smile sour woman with a chip on her shoulder as I was walking to the counter before she knew my reason for coming to the till in the first place don’t agree with this behaviour at all and the chicken was not worth that price at all it was double I usually pay

poor poor poor customer service. will not be returning to this store. shop at other stores in our area i.e lidl, Aldi, etc. way better customer service and store experience. overcharged me and refusing to refund. have logged formal complaint.

Whilst the store is excellent, the cafe is often slow.
The fresh products are reliably good. Parking is easy and access to the high street shops is simple and pedestrianised.
