Bit of an odd experience. Asked for an issue with a warning light to be investigated and still not quite sure what's caused the issue but they have asked for £1,500 and diagnosed several other problems via their 'health check' which they sent a video of as evidence.

The video is really rushed and doesn't show anything at all. Mainly seems to be someone checking my tyres.

Paid £140 for this 'investigation' but I'm not sure what's been done. May be they have done an honest piece of work but wasn't able to talk to anyone who had actually done touched the car. No issue with paying for an investigation at all as appreciate these things cost time and use equipment etc but I would have liked to understand what had been done and had it explained.

Service Advisor was very nice and pleasant though. I'm sure if you went there for all your work you'd be looked after and have a well maintained car. Expected slightly better experience given the main dealer prices.

I'm disabled and needed a car specific for my needs, Simon who helped me with the motability scheme paperwork, was wonderful, he took us through several cars, and made the experience effortless. He made the whole thing quick and easy, and helped me immeasurably and I love my new car!

Really happy with the service I received from Judi at Cwmbran Ford. It was so nice to buy a car from a woman (no mansplaining!). Judi was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. I got some great little perks along with the car purchase and I’m really happy with my new (to me) vehicle. Thanks Judi!

I have had a poor experience of this organisation and posted an appropriate review. Response received is standard....will pass comments to management...sorry to hear what you say ...will do better in future, etc, etc but nothing seems to change, no improvements are made and no attempt is made to deal with the immediate issue. Shabby customer care.

Regarding your latest message you have not investigated properly and you have drawn conclusions which are wrong. I have lodged a formal complaint.

We told cwmbran ford we didn't think was rear was front brakes they assured us it was . Turns out problem is still there after they changed rear discs and pads (didn't listen to us ) also no returned phone call a week later . Seems they take money and are done . Also receptionist not very helpful or knowledgeable and difficult to understand .

Dreadful repair service. Reactive not proactive. I was promised several times a member of staff would call me with an update on progress but they didn't. I was given the impression a replacement part would be easy to get hold of but this was misleading and untrue. After having my vehicle for a week no sign of parts and no prospect of repairs being done. Didn't seem to care at all.
