My 86yr old dad came here summer 2021 and it is his 3rd care home. He has nothing but praise for the staff and the care he receives here.

As a family it is a relief to see the change in him and to hear him being content. Today we're going shopping to buy him more clothes due to the weight he's putting back in. The previous home he was in, he lost so much weight and claimed the night staff were abusive to him and the other residents.

I can't thank the staff and manager Yvonne enough for making my dad super content and happy.

Staff are lovely, friendly and relaxed with their residents. No one is forced into a routine. Residents are allowed to be who they are. Cant thank the staff enough for caring for a very important lady!

The Woodlands is a well managed rest home with good caring staff. The residents have two lounges with good views. They are kept entertained with televisions and various activities. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean.

I went in today to get some information for a friend and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. There's a really nice atmosphere and the grounds are beautiful and picturesque with a really nice building and decor too.
